Privacy notice
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This notice explains how Proper Emails handles information from this website, discovery-call bookings and client intake. Contact support@properemails.com with privacy questions.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, book a call or complete onboarding, you may provide your name, work email, business and website details, project goals, current email setup, approval contacts and links to approved brand assets. We use those details to respond, assess a project, arrange access and deliver agreed services. Required intake fields are marked with an asterisk.
Forms and bookings
Client intake is sent through Formspree and delivered to our team. Booking links open Calendly, where its privacy notice applies. Our current website does not collect newsletter subscriptions or enroll visitors in marketing automation. Downloading the playbook does not require an email address.
Hosting, fonts and browser data
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to operate and protect their services. See GitHub’s privacy statement. The homepage and intake load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the browser requests needed to provide them. See Google Fonts privacy information.
We have not added advertising pixels, analytics trackers or optional cookies to this website. The paused signup code does not run or store popup preferences. External websites may use their own cookies after you visit them.
Access, sharing and retention
Project information is handled by the Proper Emails team and service providers needed for communication, hosting, intake and project delivery. Providers may process information in countries outside your own. We do not sell intake information. We keep project records for as long as needed for the engagement, follow-up, legal obligations and legitimate business recordkeeping; provider retention settings may also apply.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or raise a concern about its use, by emailing support@properemails.com. Requests are considered under the laws that apply to your circumstances and any recordkeeping obligations. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Keep access secure
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details or customer exports. Share only business information and approved assets needed for the project. Platform access is arranged separately using official invitations to yusef@properemails.com after permissions are agreed. This website and intake are publicly reachable; they are not an authenticated client portal.
