Website and services

This website describes our email retention services. Booking a discovery call or submitting intake does not create a paid engagement or authorize a campaign launch. Scope, pricing, timing, ownership and approvals are set out in a separate written agreement with the client.

Portfolio and results

Third-party brand email examples are independent, uncommissioned portfolio concepts unless expressly identified otherwise. ORYN-B is in-house pre-launch work. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; display does not imply endorsement or a client relationship. Examples illustrate creative work and are not a promise of business results.

Resources

The Retention Playbook is available for your own learning and internal business use. You may link to the original download. Do not resell the resource or present its contents or our portfolio designs as your own. Any third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Submitting information

Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not submit credentials, payment details, unlawful material or unnecessary personal information. Use official account invitations for platform access. See our privacy notice for intake and contact information handling.

External services and availability

Booking and form processing use external providers with their own terms and privacy practices. We aim to keep the website and resources accurate and available, but content may change and occasional errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us if a link or form fails so we can help.

Project approvals

Website contact or onboarding does not authorize access beyond agreed permissions, marketing sends or public launches on your behalf. Project approvals must identify the work and action being approved.
